About TaxNuvia

TaxNuvia is a trading name of iTechLounge Ltd, company number 16361860, of 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. It is a UK introductions and messaging marketplace, not an accountancy practice. TaxNuvia does not provide tax, audit, legal, investment or accountancy advice and is not party to the engagement between a client and a firm.

Service availability

Features, coverage and response volumes may change as the marketplace develops. TaxNuvia does not guarantee that a brief will receive a response, that a firm will accept or confirm a consultation, or that a particular result, saving or deadline will be achieved.

Accounts and eligibility

Users must be at least 18, provide accurate information and protect their sign-in credentials. Accountant firms must provide genuine legal, contact, service and credential information and keep it current. Listing approval can be suspended or withdrawn where information cannot be substantiated.

Client briefs and privacy

Clients must describe genuine requirements, avoid confidential or unnecessary sensitive information, and use the sharing control presented at submission. Public summaries exclude personal and business identity. A marketplace brief may be unlocked by more than one eligible subscribed firm; a direct request is sent only to the selected eligible firm. A consultation request is also shared only with the selected firm. Either party may decline or cancel before an engagement is agreed.

Accountant subscriptions

Accountant subscriptions are business-to-business monthly services billed through Stripe. Membership is £49.99 per month or £499.99 per year and includes unlimited lead unlocks and direct requests. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Firms can manage cancellation and payment details through the Stripe customer portal. Access may be restricted for failed payments or expired trials. Prices include or exclude VAT as stated at checkout.

Use of lead data

A firm may use unlocked information only to assess and respond to the stated requirement, manage the resulting conversation and meet applicable legal duties. Lead data must not be sold, published, enriched for unrelated marketing, shared with unauthorised third parties or used for persistent contact after the client opts out.

Matching alerts

Approved firms may configure service, delivery, area and fit filters for marketplace alerts. An alert indicates potential suitability only; it does not guarantee lead quality, availability, exclusivity or appointment. Firms remain responsible for reviewing the private brief before using lead access and can pause alerts or change channels and email caps in their dashboard.

AI-assisted matching

TaxNuvia may use automated tools to rank eligible firms and prospects against structured requirements. Eligibility, active-subscription and availability gates are applied before AI assistance. Recommendations and fit scores are indicative, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not endorsements or guarantees. Clients and firms must review the underlying profile, scope, credentials, fees and engagement terms before acting.

Professional checks

Listing approval is not a professional endorsement. Clients remain responsible for checking legal identity, relevant professional-body membership, practising or audit status where applicable, AML supervision, professional indemnity insurance, service scope, fees and engagement terms before appointment.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest, first-hand and relevant. Submission requires a recorded TaxNuvia lead interaction, but this does not prove a completed paid engagement. Reviews are moderated and may be rejected or removed where false, incentivised, abusive, unlawful, irrelevant or otherwise unreliable. Firms cannot edit client reviews.

Acceptable use

Users must not scrape the marketplace, bypass subscription or access controls, post fabricated briefs, impersonate another person or business, introduce malware, overload the service or use TaxNuvia unlawfully. We may restrict accounts and preserve evidence where abuse, fraud or security risk is suspected.

Firm-client engagements

Quotes are non-binding until the parties agree otherwise. The accountant and client are responsible for their engagement letter, fees, tax treatment, identity and AML checks, professional obligations, work quality, deadlines, complaints and termination. TaxNuvia does not receive or hold client money for accountancy work.

No commission

TaxNuvia charges accountant firms a recurring marketplace subscription. TaxNuvia does not charge commission on work won and is not entitled to a share of professional fees agreed between a client and firm. Any subscription limits displayed for a plan still apply.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, TaxNuvia is not responsible for professional advice, filings, losses or disputes arising from a firm's services. For paid accountant users, TaxNuvia's aggregate contractual liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Clients retain all mandatory consumer rights that apply to the marketplace service.

Changes, suspension and termination

Users may stop using TaxNuvia at any time. We may change or discontinue functionality, remove unlawful or inaccurate content, and suspend access where these terms, law, payment requirements or marketplace safety are breached. Material subscription changes will be communicated where required.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with courts determined by applicable law. Questions or complaints can be sent to support@taxnuvia.co.uk.
